The 1st China International Digital

1. The purpose of the exhibition is to present the achievement on photography in these years around the world, and bring in forth the talents of photographers on photography in different themes, styles and schools, in order to promote the exchange of photographic art among the countries in the world.

2) The sections are(A) Color (B) Black and White. Around 100 photos will be selected for the exhibition.

3) The topic of the photos are open. Entrants could use any skills to adjust or modify the photos. The experimental photos are encouraged.
4) Only the digital files are accepted. For the files will be used to print the photos in 20 inches for the exhibition. So the long side of the digital file should be no less than 2400dpi. Digital files should be store in CD/DVD and post to the organizing committee. All the CD/DVD will not be returned to entrants.
The name of the photo should be: Country-Surname-given name-A/B-No.1.jpg
For Example:
Mr. Wang Xiaopeng from China to attend the section A, the files should be:
China-Wang-Xiaopeng-A-1.jpg
China-Wang-Xiaopeng-A-2.jpg
…………
5) Please fill in the entry form and without any blank.
6) Entry fee: one section 10 EURO( 15USD), two section 15 EURO(20 USD), Cash Only ( send together with CD/DVD). .Max 8 photos for each section. All the fees will be used for the award and exhibition. The group entries could received 10% discount (5 persons), 20% discount (10 persons).
7) The organizer reserves the right to use any accepted and awarded works in related publicity, exhibition etc. without payment in any form.
8) All works will be handled with utmost care, but the organizer won’t answer for loss and ruin or any unexpected loss of the works in transport.
9) It is understood that the author submitting his/her works to the exhibition accepts the rules mentioned above. The author will be responsible for the portrait right, copyright and fame concerned in his/her works. If bring any economy lost or reputation affection to the exhibition organization committee, all the responsibility also will be born by the author.
10) The result and digital catalogue will be sent by e-mail, so please fill the available e-mail in the entry form.
11) All those that violate the rules will not be judged.

1. The result judged by jury is the final, nobody has the right to change.

The judgment is on the principle of opening, fairness and justice. The jury of the exhibition consists of at least 5 photographic experts from all over the world.

Judge’s Special Choice Award
Each judge selects one print that he likes best according to his/her aesthetic conceptions. The prints showing the individuality and diversity are encouraged.

1) The photographers who have won the Gold, Silver and Bronze Medal will be invited to the awarding and opening ceremony of the exhibition and have a photo creation in China for one week. The organizer will bear the expenses including food, accommodation and transfer of the visitors during their stay in Lishui city, Zhe Jiang province. While the international travel fee between home and Lishui City has to be paid by the winners.
2) All the accepted works will be exhibited during the 2011 Lishui China International Photographic Art Festival which could be said the largest photographic festival in China. All the entrants could also be invited to attend the festival, while all the fees have be born by themselves.
3) Each entrant whose print(s) is/are accepted will receive relevant “ Vision image- Lishui Photo” website certificate. All the entrants will receive an attractive digital catalogue.
4) All the accepted works will be Collected by Photography Museum of Lishui China, which is the first photography museum in China. “Lishui Photography” magazine will also publish the awarded works and will introduce the attracted photographers no matter he/her was awarded or not.
5) With the permission of entrant, the organization committee will help to send the works to attend the 2011 China 14th International Photographic Art Exhibition which received the patronage of FIAP. You could found the detail about the past exhibitions from the website: http://world.cpanet.cn.
